Thanks to Grenada's pilot implementation, many approved investors and family members can apply for citizenship and benefit from visa-free travel. This Citizenship by Investment Program was implemented in 2013 in accordance with the provisions of the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Act. In return for fulfilling a few rules that applicants must comply with, this program provides many benefits. As one of the newest and most different programs, the advantages of Grenada's Citizenship by Investment Program are listed below.
To become a citizen of Grenada, applicants must fulfill one of the investment requirements outlined in the "Investment Options" section, in addition to the criteria specified below.
Grenada Citizenship by Investment Program investment options are specified below.
1. Donation
A donation of $270,000 is being made to the National Transformation Fund (NTF). For each additional person in the applicant's family of four, $25,000 must be paid.
2. Real Estate
The required investment amount for the applicant and a maximum family of four (main applicant, spouse and two approved dependents) requires at least $350,000 extra investment.
Detailed examination fees, government official fees and application fees, passport and allegiance oath fees, local escrow account fees, VAT and bank charges will be added.
